Great location near top attractions, comfortable beds and lovely bathroom in the Junior Suite with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from Waverley station. The room wassuper clean and cozy with nice toiletries and a complimentary bottle of water. The blackout curtains were a nice touch and helped me get a good night's sleep.

The view from our room was fabulous, overlooking the city and park below Edinburgh Castle. The room had adjustable heating and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The shower was excellent and there was plenty of room for all our belongings. The beds were comfortable and the bath-sheets were huge and fluffy. We loved the toiletries provided and appreciated the mini kitchen with crockery, washing up liquid, and a full-sized kettle. Perfect for making our own breakfast. The location was amazing, just two doors from the Royal Mile and St Giles' Cathedral. We also enjoyed the proximity to the National Museum of Scotland, which was only a few blocks away. a fantastic stay with everything we needed.

As a family with a toddler, we had a fantastic stay at Fraser Suites. The beautiful interior and cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, but it was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff that stood out. They allowed us to leave our buggy at reception and surprised our little one with a soft toy duck. The 1 bed apartment was perfect for us and we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be returning!

During my stay at this place, I was extremely impressed by its location in a very perfect area in town. Being in the heart of the Old Town, it allowed me to easily access all of Edinburgh's main attractions. The convenience of being right in the center of everything made my visit to this city unforgettable. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From room service to dry cleaning, they were always on hand to assist with any requests. The friendly and efficient staff answered my every enquiry. They even went above and beyond by helping me carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. Plus, they were kind enough to decorate my room for a birthday celebration at my request.

I can confidently recommend this hotel to my friends, as it truly exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at this place for a few nights and was impressed with its location right in the centre of everything. This hotel is at the center of all the main attractions in the Old Town, which was incredibly convenient. The staff could not do enough for me and my 84-year-old Aunty who is in a wheelchair, proving to have great hospitality. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, and in-room safe. The dining restaurant impressed me as well, with the food being enjoyable.

The location is central and quiet. Nice bedroom and bathroom with L'Occitane products. Good shower and comfortable bed with crisp linen. Facilities include a flat screen TV, iron and ironing board. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the cafe next door.

I had a great stay at Fraser Suites in Edinburgh. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Royal Mile and many attractions. The reception team were friendly and efficient, quickly arranging a taxi for our airport transfer. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and lovely view. The bathroom was also nice, with luxurious L'occitan toiletries. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

Great location, close to all key attractions and amenities in the city. The bathroom was superb, with a fantastic shower.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with stained carpets that let down the overall appearance. The maintenance of the room also needs improvement, as the wardrobe door didn't shut properly and the cupboard door was hanging, needing fixing of the hinges.

Located in the charming old part of town, this hotel proves to be an excellent base for travellers due to its location near the station and castle. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the area which has an unmarked maze of stairs. The rooms come equipped with clean and functional amenities. The friendly staff were on hand to attend to needs during breakfast.

The hotel could benefit from more comprehensive gym facilities for guests.

We really enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the key attractions and shops in the city. Plus, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel added a touch of warmth to our stay.

There were a few things that we didn't like about this hotel. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.

We had a great time at the hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was very close to the train station where we caught a train to Inverness. It was also within walking distance of all major attractions. We loved that there was a separate establishment next door where we could enjoy the Christmas markets. The room was lovely and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the nice tea and coffee facilities.

The only downside was that the breakfast service was a bit slow.

This hotel is a gem! Close to the train station, it allowed me to leave my bags quickly and start exploring the city. The hotel facilities are great, super tidy and there is an excellent breakfast. The staff were very good too ensure my stay was perfect. The location is unbeatable, with many major attractions within walking distance, and was worth it to be here during the Christmas markets.
